Heel Therapy offers

How It Works

Dance Classes: Beginner-friendly heels choreography emphasizing posture, presence, and self-expression

Empowerment Circles: Monthly guided CBT discussions covering self-esteem, body image, boundaries, confidence, women and relationship difficulties, (participants can also lead sessions - discussed with facilitator prior)

Mind–Body Integration: Participants physically practice new empowering beliefs through dance
All sessions clearly state they are not a replacement for long term therapy.

OPTIONAL TO RECORD SELF
Recording yourself during dance sessions is important because it provides a clear and honest view of your movement that you cannot fully perceive while dancing.
Watching your own recordings helps you identify technical details such as posture, timing, alignment, and musicality, allowing you to see both strengths and areas that need improvement. It also supports faster progress by helping you track growth over time, set specific goals, and correct habits before they become ingrained.
For personal use, your recordings can be reviewed for your own socials, self-evaluation, slowed down for detailed analysis, or used to practice choreography at home.
Additionally, they can boost confidence by showing measurable improvement, serve as motivation, and act as a personal archive of your dance journey that you can revisit whenever needed.
